I'm always in two minds when it comes to adding new characters. On one hand, I do like having options, and the more the better. BUT at the same time, I'm not sure if adding new characters by version 0.9 is a good idea at all. I'm extremely worried that future content for new characters would definitely distract for the main-characters content.
I don't like using the word "milking" but it definitely felt like one even if it wasn't on purpose.

Updated seemed pretty good for the most part other then the one glaring mistake.
There is no way a virgin would be able to take THAT much of a dildo without hitting their hymen so the scene doesn't make any sense at all. Or shes already been fucking a bunch of dudes already and just never told anyone that she's been dropping her drawers for everyone and is just acting like she's innocent.
From the looks of it you might be able to get chances with other girls like Jessica and some girl named Miko.
It almost looks like the daughter is cooking whole onions.

Are you sure you didn't rollback? It's a known renpy bug that happens a lot with games like this that have stats to see how much everyone has. Sometimes rolling back causes them to disappear I had it happen just a little while ago.
Daughter is way in the lead now and the mother is now left in the dust where she belongs.

Wow until this update the daughter was in the lead in my game to but this update pushed the mom ahead in love with the daughter ahead in lust.

Ummm, yeah, except not at all, mate.
1. There are a myriad of ways a woman can lose her hymen well before sex. Daughter and her friend specifically mention going to the gym. Depending on what they're doing there, any number of physical activities could cause the loss of that.
2. How do you know she didn't just bust it herself? Again, she's got the toy. Her friend could have given her a heads up like, hey, it'll hurt at first when you hit that, but bear it for a bit, let it sit, then you can start again and it'll feel awesome.
3. Always fun to see the "must be a slut" angle from folks. Half the games, we get complaints out the ass that things progress too slowly with lots of "can we fuck yet?" No. "Stupid dev just teasing us all forever". The other half "everyone's a slut". Starting to feel sorry for devs in the "nothing is ever good enough" kind of way.

The correct development priority is to build the primary story line first - 1 character with a complete story, start-to-finish. Then you keep adding new characters and forks 1 by 1. Not only does it always give the reader a sense of completion, but you can pretty much leach patronbux indefinitely because there will always be somewhere else you can wedge a fork/new character in (and subscribers love knowing that they will get a new character each month on a schedule. Knowing what to expect is important for anyone opening their wallets.). Otherwise, you have a story with 9 characters and 9 incomplete stories and that's just annoying as hell. The hurdle is finishing that 1st character and the structure of the UI, gameplay, and mechanics as fast as possible or readers will get bored and impatient.
For anyone having issues with the blank/black screen this is the fix:
- UnRen the Game
- Head into the game/images/movies folder
- Inside there will be 001 through 009 folders, copy all the webms into the root of the movies folder.
They will all play after this, the script didn't correctly reference the subfolders.

Working on it now. Shouldn't take too long. Haven't played this game in a couple of versions, I can't remember if there are any point-and-click parts, or if it's just straight visual novel with choices. If it's the latter, port should be up within the hour. If it's the former, it may take a while.

I agree that it's the ideal way of how the game should be developed. But I've pretty much never seen it done like this at least out of the ones I've played (do share if any game is developed like this btw) and it's definitely not the way this game is being developed like either. The focus of this game is clearly the relationship with the neighbors (M&D) and it seems pretty clear that the relationships with them would be the end-game which unfortunately looks like the new/side characters would be fillers. This is why I feel like the game is being milked.
This is not to say that the game is bad by any means, I still think it's one of the better games out there. But the decision to add new characters after 9 updates feels like it's just to slow down the progress with the main characters even more. Hope I'm wrong.
The above fix for the animations also fixed the blank heart scores for me as well. So must be something to do with UnRen/decompile part.

I'm playing the daughter route, as well as I can, and if the MC, pardon the pun, screws things up, through future choices that will become available, well then, more fool him (or rather me...!?) As she, "Wendy", the daughter, is more or less in love with the MC and due to the points achieved so far she is now in the lead over "Amy", her mother. Although Wendy is way ahead in FP points, she now has clear and definite lead in the love stakes. Being somewhat careful with how I play it with Amy in certain situations, and as a result from staying at the Hotel, Wendy is now not shy in letting herself "test" the MC and his reactions and she now let's him do "certain things" with her (I've no wish to give things away, as there's plenty of info available for this game.)
I'm trying to walk a pretty straight path, well as straight as I can, by balancing the actions of "Amy" (the mother) and also any future choices with Wendy as well as future options with Jessica, the daughters friend, as these could impact on relations with Wendy and Amy, either good or bad, is dependent on how the game pans out in future updates.
Trying hard to not be a "player" in this game is getting damn hard (in more ways than one, to say the least)
I've got my suspicions about the mother, as in reality she'd surely be daft not to pickup on clues left sprinkled around by various comments/conversations that have been made with regards to the daughter and her "love interest" as well as the MC's comments/conversations too.
So. Wendy (the daughter) is either going to walk (happily?) into the sunset with a boyfriend who's a "daddy" in certain situations.. I can dream...! Or he (the MC) will end up with stark choices to make. Mum.. Wendy.. Jessica.. (now coming in to play?), who only wants to get inside his trousers, and possibly nothing more, or so it would appear.
So I think this is apt for the game and could be viewed like this from any girls viewpoint with regards to the MC.
