alright guys i have a work around(requires new game) for those who have panty problems. First dont go around the house picking up everything(stool,key,shovel). Do the first days head to aunty, when she says she needs a new shovel go grab it AFTER she asks for it and show it to her via talking to her, dont work on the garden yet, go to cafeteria and speak the guy, go to erik's house talk about his missing cards(basement), grab the cards, you wont be able to find him at his room now, got to aunty work till you gather enough money for sea dogs and cock of thrones. You need to go to erick's house during night time and he will be in his room, deliver him the stuff. Next day go to cafeteria and speak the guy, go to the gym speak to thai master then work out for 1 str point, go back to your house try to steal panties, dont pay for them say you dont have the money. Next day go to jenny buy the panties and check your inventory to see if it's there.

This worked for me, coding for inventory is bugged and i think you have to do some shit in some order to not bug it. Hope it works for you guys
