Does anyone knows where Ruby is for Shikimi gems? I've got Lapis Lazuli, Pearl, Amethyst, Sapphire, and Diamond. Missing one gem left but can't find it

Then you'll also need to try the second suggestion as well as Locale Emulator, makes sure the Japanese file names are kept intact when you extract the game from the zip.
(1st image) Thing is, files are like this when i check the zip, probably the game tries to search for them but cant since the letters are in another "language", anyway to go through this?

With Bandizip click on that code page page button with the red arrow pointing to it, with WinRAR I think it's name encoding (or Ctrl E) and then select Japanese. If you haven't you might have to download the Windows Japanese language pack.

You destroy the rock by inspecting emo girls bookshelf. (yes it's stupid) there you'll find a recipe for bombs. use bombs because bombs are good and go boom

I got and maxed all girls (including fox girl and white-haired girl), saw all marriage ends as well as the "true" end, also completed the abandoned manor.
The gallery still says I'm missing several scenes, I'm going to assume they're scenes with multiple girls like the one with Tsubaki and Kuko in the abandoned manor's hot springs but I have no clue where to start looking for them, I'm sure I have explored every map, also got all the treasures, any help?

Is there a guide for the game because I'm trying to find the deep forest and the other hot springs. I look about everywhere that I can get to but always end up in the same areas I started in or were before.

In the cave you can find one if you are with the girl with the "explore the cave" quest.
But idk where the others
In case anybody is also struggling with this, you need to enter each hot spring alone.
I dunno if there are any other flags, this is literally the last thing I needed to unlock.
And for completion's sake I also found out that Kuko has a different scene if you ask for Paizuri in the Hidden Spring, with a CG that doesn't even show up in the gallery mode.
