No. They said accept our terms of service or we'll end our business relations with you. Censorship is usually done by the state and not within a simple contract environment. Patreon is free to contract with those whom they like and reject those they don't like. It's a rather simple business decision to not support that kind of content.
All good and fair...except censorship is enforced by an authority. A private company that doesn't want X and Y on his site it's not an authority.
So censored him. They have every right to do so. He has every right to say no. But they made him change what he was doing to meet their standards.
So Patreon isn't an authority here to you? I don't see it that way. They are the ones saying make changes or get the boot.
To a bigger point, if NO business will let you do certain kinds of content, isn't that censorship by default.

But that's not censorship in the way the word is usually understood. First, as others mentioned it's usually done by the state (that's why the constitution protects us from it) and means to actually suppress that opinion on a broad base. That would mean that patreon would only want that content gone from their platform but make sure that it won't be available on any other platform either.
It's just like a bookstore refusing to sell a certain book or a kiosk refusing to sell a magazine. They won't care one bit if it gets sold somewhere else (just as patreon doesn't) they just don't want it in their store. Of course one could argue that patreon has such a dominant market position that it has to hold itself to higher standards but I doubt that would ever go through. It's a really big problem in the modern internet but sadly no argument in general.
So yes, they didn't want him but that's not censorship in the way the word is used.

Well, I tried to find some info on what is taking so long for the next update, but after reading the last 10 freakin' pages of offtopic shit, I gave up.
Why has it been 3 months and no update? More if you count the last update as being lackluster.

Update contains Quest and Scenes for 4 Teacher plus an Expansion of the whole school. Cookie asked Patrons if they wanted two Updates with 2 Teachers each or one huge Update and they chose the latter.
Then Patreon came and said: „Yeah that thing about no Incest was for real, dude.“ and he now has to change some stuff.

They were going to split the teachers into two updates, but decided to put them all together to make quests/coding easier. The update is huge, more than double any previous update, as per devs.
