But really though Faerin should be using

I disabled last 2 options but didn't work.Okay, another try. I will attach a small program. Can you try and open it (no installing required), then go to 'MS Codec Tweaks' and disable Media Foundation (last two points, either 32- or 64-Bit). Then check the sauna scene again if it works.
Okay, thx. Please don't forget to revert the changes or you might run into other issues due to Media Foundation being disabled.I disabled last 2 options but didn't work.

why F ? are u runnig it from a network and the game is installed on an other Hard Drive ? that might be an issue, then with the Access rights,
most of the gamers over here run it from their home harddrive
Thank you very much, now I have been able to complete the sauna scene.@Jess Kristensen Please stop linking to the K-Lite codec pack. A codec pack can have severe consequences as it overwrites things on your system not asking if necessary or not. It's better to only install the specific codec needed.
That's why I uploaded the codec here and it's also linked in OP:

However, I can only confirm this works with Win7. It seems Win8/8.1 still having issues afterwards. Anybody using Vista just try it.
