Where did you see "E to escape"?
Surprise sex isn't in yet. Only planned so its in the menu.

I remember there was gallery mode avaliable after some hidden key (I beliove it used to be something simle as pressing numpad 5)

Is it still possible ? I want to see what they did to the game without grinding through the whole moneymaking stuff

New version is publicly out now. .644 Alpha
New changes are on his Patreon but the sex stuff is that it looks like the Doggy default supports more animations and there's a new sex position.
Also, saves are wiped again.
