I see some of these recommendations have futa MC in them. In that case, Futa Quest has the MC go from big to impossibly huge during part one. Fair warning, though: the story progresses at a snail's pace and updates come every 4-6 months, so prepare to wait a couple years before it's actually finished.

Small update on addition recommendations:

-LittleMan Remake: I have not played the original but by the comments on the thread, the art is an improvement in the remake. It is about a man that was transported back in time to be in the body of his young self but with a massive cock because of Satanic power (really), so if you don't mind shota, this is all about cock worship.
-Superheroes Suck: I'll say the story is quite charming and each of the girls are quite fleshed out, this is a nice game to follow the storyline. But yeah, still big penis and with the story being around what is the MC's superpower (that the ending of the last update starts showing), it has been said by at least one character that the MC's power is their dick.
-Ebony Paradise: Only in its beginning phase and has about 15 minutes of gameplay at most, Ebony Paradise is an HTML game with, well, ebony women and a white MC. The developer says there will be other races in the game in the future but now content is limited, but still can be something to keep an eye on.
-Milf Pursuit: Like above, it's only had one update since the demo thus far, but the MC was an unambitious slob that due to scientific experimentation became a stud with a huge cock, now tasked with fucking a bunch of curvy milfs. So yeah, size is a common theme here.

One of the top 5 worst 3D games on F95, apparently made with abandonedware .... it's extremely difficult to control actions in this Virtual Reality Simulator (useable with keyboards, thus has lots of content that far exceeds typical limit VR content).
