You sure you're using Huskar treats and not Ausar treats? If there's any other thing preventing you from getting Anno thick, then I honestly have no idea. I'm on a new save file and what I mentioned was all I had to do.
Edit: I went back to check if it was the encounter with the huskars anno knew was what triggers the access to the dialogue and that should really be it besides having the x10 treats in your inventory.

Ok so, I was messaged about a week ago by @hdgamer about my archive of previous TiTs builds and I said I would post it here, but I've been so busy that I couldn't get around to it until now. But here is a MEGA link if anyone is interested.
I've included most of the public builds and some of the private builds from when I was a patron for a short time, starting from 0.01b to the current build, 0.7.138. I don't have 0.7.137 because no one has posted that yet, so if anyone has that or any builds not included in my mega folder, please send me them and I can update the folder with the missing builds, thanks. I've tried trawling through the thread to get the builds that I'm missing but unfortunately most of the links are dead.
Also most of the builds in the mega folder up to 0.7.130 are .swf only. If anyone has the mobile versions consider sending them to me and I can update the Mega folder.
I have also included the latest TiTsEd, v. 0.26.7, the Character Viewer 2.0 by Leori, and the stand alone Adobe Flash Player 28 for anyone who's interested.
