I agree, im pretty sure its going to be a couple of scenes with the teacher and thats it. No story progression just some side stuff.

I keep getting caught at Effie's house and can't figure out how to get home. No map icon to get back to the town map. Did I miss something?

lol he didnt fix that error, what a lazy developer. All you have to do is open the console with shift + o and then type in townmap_enabled = 1.
He did, however, remember to disable the console, so any other late comers, apply the patch or write the patch

Its worse than i thought its just sketches, after 1 month of waiting this is it. Im done with this developer and i regret giving this guy any money. I feel bad for whoever is giving this guy more than 1 dollar per month but if you think this update is worth your money then keep supporting and burning your money.
