So I'm going to just throw this out there -- the chances of this being translated are pretty slim. SRPGStudio games are typically a major pain in the ass to extract assets from, and even if you can get the text out it's damn near impossible to recompile it into a playable game.
Textractor works to hook the text, but I don't know enough about it to say whether it's a viable solution for anything but MTL.

I feel like if textractor works to extract text it should be possible to do so for a proper (or, at least, an MTL) translation. But I totally get if it's super hard to put the text back in.
