Theres another alpha coming and if all is done right it will be the last one. Yesterdays alpha was bug free just a few minor changes to the code and a few map improvements to be added and the polished renders hes re done. I have no time line for this as we chucked that out the window at the request of the patreon supporters

The shole game has been re written. All the code has had to be redone. Deem kept all the renders and animations and binned the rest. Started from scratch using the renders to re write the whole thing. Thats alot of code to re do.
İf you are rewritten ,I think you should change the engine.Unity is the good engine
Ren'py is based on python. And python is weak programming language

Clearly you are not a programmer or modder. Switching engine would have added months to the development or resulted in a complete reboot back to first version.

Are we talking about the same kind of months as those without any update or different kind of months?

Inb4 a month worth of added content.
Someone will correct me i'm sure but one of testers said few pages back there is 30 minutes to an hour worth of new content (depending if you will scroll back to check other dialogue options).

Well, that's even less than a month's worth.

Yes re write not re boot. A rewrite has all the old content but new code story etc. A reboot starts from first version with barely any content.
I understand. Then deem have to go to unity after this game.I mean the new game must based on unity

A reboot or remake is not necessarily something with barely any content. Since we were on the topic of bigshots like Blizzard - there will be remake of Secret of Mana next month, somewhere in 2018 or more likely in 2019 there will be a remake of Final Fantasy 7 and in the not too distant future there will also be a remake of Resident Evil 2, so a remake (like said examples) or reboot (take Tomb Raider as an example) is not necessarily something with almost nothing.

Yes but you are talking about massive games with hours of content vs game that basically just started (nothing bad about it) with no so much content to begin with.

Sure I know that, but we had this comparison a few pages back, I think some of the testers brought it up.

"You're not supporting him you don't have a right to criticize" argument is moronic. Everyone (I think) on this forum knows, that people read a thread, then download game if comments ignite his interest. Then they make a decision to support patreon or not. It just rational, caucious thinking. People should have the right to complete information about development process, because they are devs who are scamers or straight up lazy. I'm not saying that Deem is one, but people should be able to question his work process and ethics, because "only positive" comments create false advertisment.
