No.DS said he merge two paths in one-Olivia as GF and Lisa as GF.So we can get Olivia even if we tell Lisa to forget about Alex and this leading to not met Olivia at all.

It's easy to see how this can be solved from the Lisa GF path. Just skip Alex all together and move right along to the part with Olivia and Lisa having sex with Max. Lisa will be an Anal and BJ pro already.
But from the Olivia path?... Will DS make Lisa Auto train kissing, Anal and BJ's?
