In order to get Eric to drink beer, you must be at war with Eric & haven't paid him off yet for stealing his wallet; have both beer and sleeping pills; and visit him at 20h00 in Ann's room.
And just to clear something up about what @Burai said, using Kate's mom to get rid of Eric costs $5000. Considering what Eric's fate is? Well worth the money my friends. :happyblush

A simple matter of mood is all. Order food, cosmetics and clean the pool. Watsh TV with her at 9pm and go to her room after. Tell her your a good boy and the option in the talk tree should open where you ask mom why she is so sad. This will trigger the next phase of the game where mom starts telling everyone in the family that times ahead are gonna be roughCan anyone help me?
I can't seem to get the morning conversation with mom about Eric gone after Eric leaves. Is it a bug or did I make a mistake somewhere?
I used the Ikarumod mod. Could that break the game? I didn't use anything other than money and skills cheat. It had no problem in previous versions... What to do?

You should have had Lisa peek in on a spider event, If you have then she told you no sex with out her. "as if" Then talk to Alice in Lounge, and under "want some company" she will bust you for the Lisa sex. Also an option of reward Oral, give and receive. Then getting caught seems to be random, as I have not gotten caught by Ann yet myself.

On a side note.. and completely unrelated, Is this house next to a spider farm? I am fairly sure this species of spider should be on the endangered species watch list.

I'm sleeping in alice's bed in arachnofobia event(and ı can fuck alice of course).What can i do now? I'm stuck at opportunity

WARNING- Do NOT use a mod to Kick Eric -WARNING
Yes some mods give an option to 'kick out' Eric, but if you do that to early there can be game breaking problems. You NEED to start Ero massage on Alice before you give him the Boot, and there may be other things that get messed up if you kick him to soon.
I suggest just using a mod for money and mood (and skills AFTER you have used and unlocked them). Money can let you kick Eric fairly quick (but do NOT have more than $500 cash until you ready to kick), since you can do what is needed without the grind to get cash.

Ohh...your persuasion sucks. I guess if you modded your way to kicking out Eric, your stats may not be very high. I guess you could mod your persuasion skill up to ~600 - I think that's where mine was at the time when I got Eric to drink the beer. Or, you can read the book that isn't about massaging people - I can't remember the exact title. Finally, If you have 90% persuasion, I've found that the possibility of you getting away with things is not a pure dice roll. It seems to me that events earlier in the day can affect your chances of something happening later in the day. Maybe don't do all the things you normally do during the day and your chances of getting Eric to drink the beer will be better. Don't just save before the event and keep reloading. That has never worked for me.

Without cheating, it is far more challenging.. Obviously. But use every chance you can to "Persuade" any one into anything. Get $20 a day from Alice for smoking, foot rubs, bad homework, even a fail will add to your score, and latter success. Personally doing another play though to have Kate's Mom get rid of Eric (normally go for wallet) and only added money, to lower Eric's influence buy buying clothing before he does.
Also adding all "peeking" that I can do, as it will add to stealth, also required, but yeah, not easy by any stretch.
