asuming kate was a typo and you are talking about kira
probably not a bug you just haven't done what you should I don't really know what you have done. Which lesson are you on? what do they entail? Did you help with her homework with the condition she gives you a handy 3 times?
did you privately spank her until she got wet?

Kate or Kira?

If Kira once you have that convo she will show up after you go to sleep to have some anal with both Kira and Lisa.

The "I want to talk about our lessons" will come in its own time so just go do other quest and keep checking back.
You need to have the convo with Lisa of not wearing panties around the house.

How did you get rid of Eric?

This save game is fucked, you are seen as a man and you need to help with the bills and this only happens after mom stops working her day job after Eric is gone so something is fucked up with this save game.

Here we go.
1. With Lisa in gf route I have had anal with her and Kira, and can call Kira to repeat the scene, is there anything else I can do?

played for several hours and am missing some stuff.

1.) I can only get HJ from mom and Alice when shopping. Mood on both is at Awesome? Am I doing something wrong with the dialog choices or is another requirement in play.

2.) When I'm in Alice's bed after dealing with the spider I can only remove her top some times before getting kicked out. I've been in her bed about 50 times.

Also, if anyone is wondring about the spiderbait it lets you cacth a spider automatically and at times you normally would not normally be able to.
