So, do i need to use applocale on this? Download seems like it has patches with it but instructions just say to hit exe. This doesnt work for me. My screen keeps reinitializing during cut scenes i believe.

Uncensor patches don't exist. The censoring isn't added on top it's done at time of creation. Adding a censor on top and then releasing a patch would be just as illegal as releasing original uncensored content.
The only time you will see uncensored pictures is if someone has redrawn the censored parts which Mangagamer has done a few times but it takes a lot of work and they don't bother most of the time.
You may be able to find CG sets someone has redrawn but that's about it.
I though it was like some adult games on patreons / steam that release the incest / uncensored patch outside steam / patreon site. Thank you for the info

Censorship is done at the time of development which is what makes patching it impossible. Due to their laws the dev can't release an uncensored version.
The only way around it is for someone to redraw all the censored parts which takes a lot of time and money. As far as I know the only ones that have bothered with a few games are Mangagamer, not sure if JAST have redrawn any.
There are a lot of fan made CG packs with the artwork redrawn uncensored so if you can't find a game version that's been done it may be possible to find a CG pack.
