When you down load the game, and first open it. Before you put your name, or rename your sisters, or mom, it asks preferred language...
Mine here did not ask no and there is no option to change the language

If past history is anything to go on, then based on what I've seen, the updates don't hit here until about 2 days AFTER they get released on Patreon, so if anything, it's going to be at least this coming Sunday before the non-Patreon crowd gets our grubby little hands on 0.17/0.17.1 when it finally gets here to F95, but hey, if any upstanding perverts out there want to prove me wrong, by all means, go for it.
