BTW: since i did not get ANY response on my note i left as representative on their site right now, MrDots (Melody, DMD) and his team officially wrote an email himself. And as it seems he is willing to include lawyer if necessary as well.
And be sure - like MrDots had previous issues with Patreon which made him take down DMD from Patreon he was investigated well by Patreons Team and his site is as fine as it can even be. So no chance for that italian creeps to use Patreon as "pressure" XD

Holy shit, fucking scamers... Selling other people work, claiming to by theirs, that's... Disgusting. Probably the games are not even fully translated,.
Does this call for a watermark of some kind in the renders and such?

Am I the only one that finds it ironic that they have tried to threaten even if they are fully wrong?

They cannot accept being wrong so they try to scare with empty threats ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

because these would have been removed in the case of HH, considering HH uses Honey Select, is it totally free from Intellectual Copyright Theft it's self. I thought that Intellectual Copyright, covered original work, from what I can see HH is not all totally original.

Runey asked if he had to buy a license for HS for what he was making and the company told him there was no need.
Besides, he still holds intellectual property over the code and the writing, since those are creative elements.

If Runey has documented permission from Illusion or proof that is fair enough, at the end of the day it all boils down to what is considered original content, in the eyes of the law.

Can't we hire a DDOS attack service and nuke the site down?

Also, why would the original creators send them anything? He should be the one who has to send the devs the original permission or whatever, which he hasn't.

Another idea: Get in contact with the payment providers. I'm sure he's selling through Paypal or something and let them know that the website is in violation with their TOS.

DDOS would not do much: The best way is to contact all of the devs of those games and have all of them contact the host and have them take the site down since their act is illegal (taking people stuff, incomplete too since all of those games are not completed and resell them).

"The DMCA Takedown Notice provides a mechanism for copyright holders to request an Internet Service Provider (ISP), search engine, host or other type of site-owner/manager to remove material that is infringing their copyright. Unlike other aspects of copyright laws, the DMCA Takedown process does not require you to have a registered copyright. That’s very important to know, because some people may say you do. "
