I'm not sure about 0.13, but the way to go seems to be to cheat max out all stats except for dexterity, and instead wait for the opportunity for the Somrak training to begin. That way you won't run into problems with not being able to progress with sister.

I have a bug to report:
When I arrived at the dialogue with erik's mom and I have the choice to save before choosing between girlfriend for erik or his mom sex teaching, I choose save menu and since then I can't see any scene/dialogues, I have the save page in place of it. And when dialogues end it returned to normal but each time I speak with someone I have the save page again.
I can continue the game but I see nothing when I speak with someone and when I load the game it already corrupt by the bug.
I think I will have to start a new game unless someone find a way to solve the problem.
