That's really weird, should be bottom of the screen lined up with mission details. Try a fresh download of the game maybe? Or wait for the next update.

Looking at your rank though, my rank is ten and the game is telling me that's the current limit. Could that over max number be causing a issues with the stat page?

I created a brand new game folder, so all the files are original.
Started a new game.
No good.

Deleted the savegame files.
New game.
No good.

No good.

Deleted the savegame files. The user/appdata/Roaming/renpy... save files, and the backups I made. Finally, I had to delete the save files in my original game folder. Maybe I did not have to delete the backups... Or maybe I did not have to delete the original game folder saves. Either way. It finally worked.
New game.
Finally got the Return button back.

Still there even after I cheated to have level 16 again.
Note sure what bugged out. I am guessing something to do with the persistent file must have bugged at some point.

Thanks for pointing that out.

If remember right don't they take place at a certain time of day. Not entirely sure it matters as I think time always skipped for me, but maybe something to try.

Yeah it said it had to be during the day time and I did the other requirement which was the be a soldato I believe, so I was just confused on why it kept saying that I have to fulfill the requirements

The Soldato quest has several finishing touches.
You get the promotion in the Office Room.
Talk to Wilfred outside the door.
Take Luna with you to get your money and clothes.
Then I think you talk with Luna in her room at noon.
Finally, I think you talk to Wilfred.
Then it is finally finished and ready for the next step.

I deleted all my saves to fix a bug, so I cannot use one to confirm all this, but this is what I remember happening.

Oh okay thank you, but for some reason I'm not getting a new option when I talk to Wilfred its kinda weird.

I takes a couple hours to play the game when you read everything, if I just spammed fast forward, it would take maybe 45 minutes. I could modify the cheat to make me level 10 minus 10 experience points if I wanted to do so, or any level I decide to. So, the skin off my back if such a thing happens would be trivial at worst.
What is really odd is that some people think that there is simply a singular happy happy way to play games and likely live life.

i've said before grace and luna are very desensitized to the real world both of them could even be on the spectrum of autism now before you think of the worst autistic person let me give a short list of traits of autism and see if you agree if they have some of the tells of autism

problems with social interaction with others. This may include problems talking back and forth, working, or playing with others.
unusual interest in objects

need for sameness

great variation in abilities

under or over reaction to one or more of the five senses: sight, touch, taste, smell, or hearing

repeated actions or body movements

unusual emotional reactions and expressions

now tell me im wrong that luna and grace don't share some of those traits maybe its coz of the type of life they lead but to me its more then that but you tell me im i seeing whats not there or im i on to something ( my own shit probably ) let me know i like some feed back (y)

Regardless of if they share some of the same characteristics, being sheltered and being autistic are two very different things.

Hello DeLucas,

So I'm finally back at full strength and have been devoting my whole time on the DeLuca again.
The story is moving forward. The story section is done and full on working with Gracie's storyline. After that, it will be the new soldier's storyline.

I've received my gtx 2080 TI and done some test renders, and my render speed has gone up through the roof! Can't wait till adding the renders to the script!
This has definitely improved the time it takes to do the renders.
Preview is of the new character. Minor spoiler - she will become MC's first soldier.
