Rock On! The worst of the festivities are over!
View attachment 206894 I've really found that cutting back to a single light source helps with renders immensely, no post work or downsizing necessary. Scenes are still a bit much for my computer hardware though...

A bit embarrassing, but I just realized that you can apply dforce on clothes for a better fit that morphs might not get to. I threw this shirt on Amy, flipped her upside down and simulated the shirt being rolled up past her midsection.

Playing with HDRI, Need to look into what DOF acualy is/does.[...]
For a starter. DOF (Depth of Field) is what happens outside the actual focal point of a lense. All the unsharpness, if to speak so. Actual cameras can influence this with their aperture and it is set in f-stops(Be aware that f-stop effects more than just the focal point in real cameras). DOF is needed when you dabble into photorealism (real lenses in cameras or our eyes always have a focal point) or if you want some effects like Bokeh in your images.
Regular HDRI become easily destroyed by this effect, b/c they are displayed on a dome with infinite distance to the center point. So be careful here. I started to use DOF compatible HDRI like the sunny beach series, by Bob Callawah and Cake One.

Nothing to be embarrassed about. I never knew that you could or even how. I usually opt for Dforce pre-enabled clothing.

I believe you may be a bit off the mark with this comment. A HDRI is basically a sphere that surrounds the scene that also acts as a light source. You can change the sharpness / blurriness of the HDRI by playing around with the diameter of the finite sphere (to a limit) or by changing the focal length of the camera (smaller = sharper background).

I took a look at the HDRI series you recommended and from what I can tell it isn't any different from any other HDRI, expect for the supply of a number of buttons to adjust the DAZ camera and environment settings. If you are familiar with these, you are basically paying more for nothing. To demonstrate, I created the following series of renders demonstrating control of HDRI as it relates to depth of field.

Thank you @Xavster for the super helpful tip on how to apply surfaces! Now to play around a bit and get a few more resources...
Always happy to help. I have also created a number of other guides in the Daz Studio - Tutorials and Tips thread as linked in my signature.

Architectural Iray Shaders provides a wide array of surfaces should you be looking to create building backgrounds.

How you can apply dForce on clothes that are not dForce ones ? (I'm very interesting in)
