Hey i have your same fetish, except for the kissing stuff, and i strongly hope for the pregnancy of the family girls (especially Linda) to happen.
Anyways i think there Is quite a High probability for the main girls to be impregnated. For 3 main reasons:
1) in some cases icstor put hints , like for yazmin and the aunt. In their case you could read some phrases (playing their content) which suggested that pregancy will (probably) happen for them. For Linda (mom) the hints are much more obvious. You can come inside her multiple times and She insists on it, most of the times you Can also decide to come inside or not (which prepares the game for a pregnancy based on the player's choice IMO). You Can also talk to her and ask "what if you get pregnant?" , And She will respond something like " if it doesn't worry me, It shouldn't worry you neither". Which to me seems like a hint, since she never said "i am on the pill" in a single line of the game. So i Guess She doesn't worry because She would like to get preggy, which makes sense considering the attitude of the character.
2) in most of the past games by icstor there was pregnancy. In "taboo request" for the mom, in "milf control" for the aunt, in incest story 2 for "mom, aunt, and sister".
3) It seems to be a tendency for very good incest games to have pregnancy. Think of DOD or Summertime saga. So i think that MC, which to me is by far the best incest game, will have It too.
I would also like my Milf City to have a pregnant function by the way in the FILF developer promised to keep this...
I would like to have Carolina pregnant or Sarah, although Aunt is a hot little thing

No more progress since 0.2?
I assume you're referring to Celia as this is now V0.5c and that there's been "great strides made" within the story-line since then.
Celia has been lined up to be in V0.6, along with Caroline, and V0.6 will be released early next year, hopefully around Feb/Mar [dependent on when Icstor is back off his break and hopefully has it made/tested and released] so you should see Celia then.
Pregnancy and making a women pregnant in game is a strange fetish for me.... I see many ppl love it.

I'm probably an outlier here: Getting girls pregnant with human babies freaks me out, but filling them up with tentacles or bugs or eggs is hot as hell.
Especially in incest storylines. Actual children of incest exist and their lives are... well they're not very fun. Creating an entire-ass sapient human child to put them into that kind of situation on purpose is deeply, deeply fucked up and irresponsible. The whole impregnation kink depends on you not asking questions like, who's going to take care of this baby and what kind of life are they going to have? (These problems only get worse in harem stories, there are reasons why in societies that practice polygyny only the wealthiest and most powerful men have multiple wives. Considering your character is usually a teenager with no job and no life prospects...)
If you can willfully ignore these questions, great, but personally I can't. I don't mind monster impregnation/birth though, since the product of it isn't a human being and I don't really care what happens to it after it's born and serves its kinky purpose.

I think the main point of the pregnancy fetish is pregnant sex, not pregnancy itself. I don't know though since it's not one of my kinks.

For me, it's about... "marking" her. Similar effect to giving her bruises, or cutting her hair, or giving her a slave tattoo. Collars and outfits are fun but they can be taken on and off when convenient, and these cannot. With monster/tentacle impregnation, there's the extra degradation element of making her fuck a monster and walk around with its eggs/wriggling larvae in her belly. That's what appeals to me at least.
