Yes and no. Yes art assets are being work on. But, the game part isn't clear. Nobody really showed how is the game part is going. So.. from new guys perspective all you can see is a game that had no updates in years and creator drawing and just talking. Drawing and talking is just that, drawing and talking.
I'm hopeful that STS is being worked on. But rules are rules. Once update is out, the tag will be removed. It's easy as that.

The MissKitty series on Pornhub is something I came across years after I first started playing. I was on xvideos searching for that gumball video of the mom pleasuring herself on the couch, and in the search results was STS stuff from Kitty. Searched up her profile on PH, and started following her uploads.

I learned of the entire forum on /aco/ when the place was actually tolerable and they called this forum ESL95 lol

How will the Tech Update be released and what content will be accessible?

The initial Tech Update release will only consist of the main "home" stories (Jenny and Debbie), 1st day at school and minor locations. Despite having the majority of the game converted for the Tech Update, this will be the first "part" of the game to be released publicly.

Here are the reasons why we are releasing the game in parts:

• Players have been anxious about getting their hands on the new version of the game so now you get to sample all the improvements made and our general direction.
• It's easier for us to balance and iron out any issues, bugs or inconsistencies that may pop up. Remember, this is a complete game overhaul so many things have been moved around and affected.
• We get feedback from the player base as we roll out the content, which makes it easier to sort different issues and potentially change direction with some of the content.

When will it come out?

All game developers dread this question, but If testing goes well, we hope to release the first build towards the end of the coming month (May). As always, patrons will have exclusive access to a high speed download ahead of public availability.

After the initial release, how long will it take to get the rest of the "parts"?

Our current goal is to aim for a release cadence of roughly 2 months, starting with the initial release. This should give enough time for us to assess how well the content and any improvements were received and also implement the next parts to be released and have them playtested. At present the plan for these releases is for them to be character centric, focusing on adding in whole character routes at a time.

Can I help playtesting the upcoming content?

We currently are full with the QA/testing team but further announcements will be made in case we require additional help.

most people that use the website do not read the threads at all, they get the game and mods from page 1 and that's as far as they go. i actually can't believe someone has to explain this to you, conisdering you have been here since 2017 and have over 4000 replies.

Again, why would you come here and register when you can download the game on DC's homepage (which is far higher up on any search engine you'll find) for free with just one click? The people who will download SS from F95 are those, who have been on F95 before they got to know SS. But that's surely only a very small proportion of DC's patrons.

Let's be fair, F95 has been the unofficial forum for AVNs for years. You can't publicly voice your concerns of a title in any other platform. This website is the reason why the most of the popular titles are now known.

That's totally true.
But those who want to talk about the game will obviously read the topic. And the number of people who become patrons after reading this topic will certainly be close to zero for years, given how negative it's been and the same is true for 4chan, reddit, etc.

Edit: But well, time will tell and as such there's no need to discuss any of this. It's just funny that people rant about DC having so many/gaining patrons and actually refuse to think about why that may be the case.

you are on this set path where you try to discredit F95 involvment in DC's decision making, it's what you have been doing for past few days and each time someone points to a solid argument against it, instead of adressing it, you just choose to move the goalpost, just like you did with this reply. if F95 matters so little, please explain why DC himself logged onto the website the very same day his game was getting abandoned?

I am not defending that guy but I just wanted to say that I registered because of the more obscure games on here that I could only find on here. My reasoning might not necessarily align with what you were saying but I like having one registered account with access to all adult games on here, without jumping from website to website.

Because it was part of the monthly end of the months summary, which would have dropped around that day as it does every month. I know that answer will not satisfy you at all.

Looking at his rewards, you can actually see that DC was online/logged in quite a bit during the last months (like on new year 2024) and such he will have known, that the tag was coming. Are you really suggesting he'd wait for the last day to then not actually do something about it? But I digress, that point has been made many times before that.

So yeah, to me the fact that he's online here then and again and didn't release anything to prevent the tag, kinda shows that he doesn't care about F95's tags. Your point?

Realistically, if he was concerned about the tag then he'd have released something earlier to avoid it, instead of just planning/announcing something scheduled 1-2 months afterwards. Not like it'd be hard to do so.

As far as username7's explanation goes, that decision seems to have been made before that and given the above average amount of Jenny art DC produced in the last weeks/months, it's indeed likely that he was planning this for longer and didn't just start 2 days ago. Why else would he have focussed on Jenny (and even to some degree Debbie) that much on his streams?

As for the split? I mean, nobody is denying that they have to release something sooner or later. Not releasing anything for 18 months is ridiculous. So by splitting the update they get a lot of upsides and - objectively - only very few downsides. Sure, it'll take even longer in total, because they'll have to take care about the releases and such, but that's likely meaningsless by now.

And as to why he didn't talk? I mean, it's still a controversial thing to do, which you probably want to be sure about, before you introduce it to your patrons. Hinting at it beforehand will almost certainly do more bad than good. At least that's how I usually tackle these kind of decisions. Once you've announced them with some degree of certainty, it's hard to take them back.
