I think you should be fine just installing it but I'm not sure I don't have a android device so I have no experience install apps on android. The smaller size is most likely due to a more aggressive image compression used by the porter of this version.

I just downloaded this game for the first time and give it a shot. In first ~5 mins i thought it will be boring due to its familiar character roles and their characteristics but managed to made me laugh real good at classroom introduction part. Is it going on like this? Funny and with an anime pace? If it is, it will be one of these rare fun to play adult games.

when I first tried it I thought it was damn good with the story introduction, after looking at the same "I live with mom and sis" shit over and over again. Actually the story is damn good. just give it a chance.
