Delete Public_0_PixiJsFilters.js in the folder js/plugins will solve that problem

Go to windows update, and refresh your antivirus database. It's a false positive.

Where do i get an apple?

You can get apples from chests, merchants, and the occasional rare mob drop. They are not a common item so any you do get, use wisely. You should be able to get them from random events too, i think.
