Yeah, don't try to use .4 anything on .5, it won't work properly. The error you're seeing means that the day 1 scene in .4 is different than .5 and most likely is incompatible due to a variable change. Either that or you've got two versions saved in the same folder.

ICSTOR has released several highly popular incest games before this. Returning fans, a refined craft, and believable storylines, what more could you ask for? Besides, it's not anywhere near completed yet, so it might be somewhat low on content as of right now, but not for long.

Not all players are into grindfests/extensive clicking that's in big brother/DMD and this is something different from those stories.
Just because there's returning fans, a refined craft and apparently believable storylines doesn't mean that it'll be popular. "Hot" renders, not a grindfest and light hearted "fun"/mood's stayed fairly light hearted through most updates are other factors (List not extensive).
