I tried this and it worked to reset it, but if you try to progress with Christel again, the issue comes back.

after neighbor 1 , oneday afternoon at home or terrace Sarah will talk to you about neighbor
next day or few days later afternoon at home Sarah will talk about neighbor again there wil be 4 options to choice
about watch them or film video or decline
There are several bugs in v0.26, first is the location shed shows an error which means when Sarah requests the player to cleanup the shed for Christel to stay this event cannot be fulfill. The BDSM with Sarah is also not possible to complete and finally Christel's 9th event has errors as well so the game cannot be continued when after Noelle loses her memory and Christel moves in as there is no option to click on to continue the game. Does anybody know if a bugfix will be done soon?
Nice game, although I feel like it's getting insanely buggy if ye use cheats even a lil bit too much.

But the cheats are broken. Really. They break the game. The author forgot to fix them when rolling out some logic changes. Save before using them.

Couldn't find any of the new scenes and content since Christel story continuation was bugged in 0.26. Supposedly it's fixed now but there are no new events and new scenes and journals doesn't show any new tasks. If i have to start new game to trigger new scenes i'm done with this game, one time was grindy enough.
