I don't remember exactly, except for the ghost sentence, when we have a nightmare and go into the wrong room, the ghosts scare us there and our MC has a heart attack and it's game over. When we spy on Julia while she's working in a bar. We get to the office of the vampire leader Wiktor and if we choose wrong, he will catch us, we will die and the game will end. The only thing I remember is that it's all about the choices at the beginning.And later in the game, choose correctly and you won't die

Looked at the code, these are the game overs I could find at a first glance:
-Elena kills you in her cell if you imprisoned her and choose the wrong option after having sex.
-If you choose the wrong options (the latin phrases) when trying to exorcize Lilith in the church, she might kill you.
-If you're too aggressive with Jessica in the police station she might kill you.
-In the fight against the 3 vampires, if you select the wrong options and Isabella isn't an ally, they might kill you.
-When you turn into a vampire, if you give your semen power to Isabella she will kill you.
-There is a gameover label for taking drugs, but it's not called anywhere (might be part of the addction system which isn't part of the rpy files).
-There is also a gameover label which isn't called for Ava dream.
-You can die choosing the wrong options while checking the werewolf cave in the park.
Those are the ones I found quickly, not sure if there are others. But from these you can see that a few can occur early in the game, like the Jessica one.
