Don't put that on "western devs" and look around.
This game is 7 years old and on a 0.5 version.
Games, both porn and mainstream, both super simple and hyper complex, have been developed, released, lived out their regular spans and died in that time and many have sequels. Cult of Lamb was made by 5 people in about 4 years and that game is absolutely insane. Palworld was announced about 3 years ago and just came out 60% complete in Early Access by amateur devs who began learning Unreal as they were building the game.
Any praise this game gets is quickly demolished by looking at the progress and dates surrounding it.
Ok, I just played the new content and I must say that I don't understand why I feel upset, if I already expected that the development team had not made any changes regarding bug fixes or finishing pending scenes. I'm also convinced that the developer doesn't play his own games or have any list of "scenes to finish", since that becomes very evident just by playing this story a little.

I suspect that the developer must have attention problems and that is why he always delivers incomplete updates. I would prefer an update with little content but playable, to one that is practically unplayable but "with a lot of content." I prefer to believe this than the other option, which would be that he simply does not learn from his simplest and most obvious mistakes.
I don't want this to be a post that just throws poison, I understand that making a game shouldn't be an easy task, but it's seriously hard for me to believe the way the game is being made.
I also want to make it clear that I write this to express my disagreement with this, it is not really an attack on the developer since I am not his client, so I really have no right for him as a company or independent developer to care about my opinion, although I'm surprised that those who support their Patreon don't make him see reason, not that which case is sadder, this game or the summertime saga, at least the other one doesn't have so many bugs nor does it have incomplete scenes (although at the rate it's going , I could easily get my own family and house, and I would barely be at 90% development)

It happens in Japan too they just don't use Patreon they have their alternatives and we don't see them on this site anyway.
That's why I gave two general examples of mall teams succeeding huge.
It's just a bad dev problem, not a western dev problem, although Western devs inarguably have worse work ethic overall.

Idk i mostly see this problem with patreon. It takes them ages to push 1 update. While jap devs can also take years, but at least they deliver a complete product in the end, while patreon mostly stuck in alpha, beta, abandoned state.

I think that's just a perspective problem, we mostly interact with western stuff so that's what we know.
Also, failures and permanent alphas stick out more than finished games that go by the wayside.

Seriously how do I change how the dialogue color looks on android? I cant read anything except for the choices when they pop up with a white background. Ive been playing this entire damn game by the phone hints and choices since I cant see a single damn dialogue box. I have no idea what the story is even about because I cant read anything its so dark. I keep asking but I keep getting ignored.

If you play using joiplay on android you can change the font color using the keyboard option while playing, then press "a", which should bring up a menu in which you can change the color and font, after changing simply You press "return" and that's it (or something like that I remember)
If you use the game's apk, then I'm sorry to tell you that I don't know how to do it.

What's worse is that Geeseki has started 2 more games in the meanwhile, which have miserably failed because they're just messy crap.

BUT the biggest problem are these damn nonsensical storyline "bugs".
You just start the game and here you have the first HUGE problem that might break/ruin your gameplay: you have to come back home and sleep:
DON'T CHOOSE FRONTYARD !!!!!
If you choose frontyard you will trigger a couch scene with Mrs Smith that's supposed to happen later in her storyline!!
It doesn't make sense now and if you trigger it now it makes her storyline conflict with the main storyline.
The whole game is full of these kind of problems: side stories are conflicting with one another and with the main storyline.
p.s.: ironically , earlier versions didn't have this bug. He introduced it when he remade the intro and made you choose the family "roles" (what is this character to you and so on).

in some sites it shows that these game has ntr, but who knows but when will these game get complete,this and summertime saga are taking a lot of time. dammm.

Correction Summertime saga story line is done, thus the game is finished, what is coming out is side story stuff that isnt part of the main story
Compare to Gee who has yet to even finished the main story and the drawings are far lower quality compare to summertime saga.
