are the part time jobs broken?

could be a mistranslation from the mtl but it seemed like you're supposed to make small talk with tables before they give you their order but I'm able to always get their order instantly without any small talk, not really sure what the small talk and information options are for if that isn't a bug.

The small talk can increase likability, which mean more order per request(max is 4 but you need to drink too, so getting 3 is better, if you got drunk when working you won’t get pay). If your lewd point is high enough you can invite them to harass you and it gives higher likability than small talk.

ah ok thanks for the explanation, I'm assuming that likability is a permanent stat across all work sessions instead of being only for that specific table you raise likability for?

It's across the room i think but not permanent, as i observed it will reduce after each shift and if it goes to 3 or 4 serving per order the next shift it reset
