You replied before I managed to edit my previous post, I reread through the changelog and saw she was added last update, I haven't managed to find her though.
EDIT: All good now, apparently there's only a chance of her streaming at night, I thought it was guaranteed.
I don't know exactly what triggered it, but I got the pregnancy event after A) visting Esther at night and having her wear lingerie, and B) looking at her during evening/night with the spy cam.

For preg event you only need to look at her cam at night when you're lvl 25. You'll get a thing saying "hmm, i wonder" or something along those lines then you'll get the event when you sleep. I think this is randomized so give it a few tries if it doesn't work.

not sure if thats the trigger i did it 5 nights in a row and nothing. Also still have not been able to complete the hose fix quest and repair the binocs

Hmm, maybe it's only after a certain week, perhaps? And for the hose quest, you can buy the nozzle (and new lenses for the binocs) from the old man at the lake. You also need to fix the light (which you can do by going to your kitchen and getting a stool) and then try to look through your kitchen window with the binocs.

Anyone know where i can find Fanora when the hint says "I'm feeling a bit hungry" when shes level 24?
Sounds good, buw to fix the hose (I guess light comes after hose?). I don't see anything in the shop and I've searched the house.
