Rare vegebubbles appear randomly in the fields. To increase your chances of finding them, you need to improve the 'efficiency' stat (and I just realized that I completely forgot to explain this stat in the game >.<).
Note that you can also get them 100% of the time by using the right fertilizers (unlocked as you progress in the storyline with Tracy).
I just tested it, and it should work. If you're at the beginning of your relationship with Ninie, you should be able to 'unfreeze' her during the animated scene by breaking the ice with your boldness stat (it should be high enough to at least unlock the scene). If you're further along in your relationship and have already passed this point, the next scene triggers automatically when you enter the kitchen with Ninie (so I presume you're at the beginning).
I'll need more details...
what did you click on to generate the error? In which scene did it occur? Does the error appear in the middle of the scene or during a loading screen?

I will just point out there is way to many animation failing to end or failing to start for game not to have autosave

The black screens also I just have lost 2 hours of progress because of one that's anoying , the worse thing is that it is the marathon scene and it can't be avoid and it's preventing from doing anything else

you need to build the lab, and then do a research that will unlock a new seed, that's the one you have to give her.

i imagined that it would be something like that , thanks for the confirmation now until the bugged marathon scene is fixed i can't try but thanks nonetheless

Now another error appears that says: "Uncaught Reference Error: Scene is not defined", when I enter the game and load, I appear in the Warehouse at night and the error appears.
This doesn't seem to be working for me, nothing's triggering even after giving Ninie a vegebubble at noon.
I've attached my save, not sure if there's something else I'm missing

I just tested your save file with the latest version. In the tips, it is mentioned that you should talk to Ninie during lunchtime (she is available during lunch on Monday to Thursday), I did that, and it works for me.
Fortunately, Jacko's save file also led to the marathon scene, and I didn't notice any bugs. If a black screen appears for a long time, it might be a sign of a (abnormally long) loading time. I'd like to remind you to stay in the game and not do anything else during loading times; otherwise, the game won't load (it's a constraint of VNM, and I can't do anything about it, unfortunately). If there's nothing happening after a good minute, then the game has clearly crashed (I haven't encountered this problem on my end; there's always at least an error message displayed).
Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version with the save bug fix.

My bad, I loaded the wrong file; indeed, I see where you're stuck. After some checks, there's a coding issue in the tips! I'll fix it for the next version. This is what you should have seen displayed: 'I should give her a more interesting vegebubble, I think.' To continue making progress with Ninie, you need to give her a new type of vegebubble (you haven't developed the farm enough for that; you need to unlock VG 5 at a minimum, the Mirable).
