What are you talking about... he had multiple scenes with his sister, you just appear to have missed them somehow.

EDIT - ah, I did not realize it had been changed since last I played and the the main girl is no longer niece, and her mother no longer his sister... so that tag may not apply to this game anymore after all unless there is a patch.
