Buy her gifts. But its not really worth it. You just unlock "sweet talk." She doesn't even get naked in that. Just talks about pigs, Kvass and something else I don't remember. Its kind of fun maybe, if you consider her Muslim roots. But its nothing lewd or anything.

in the image you included with your post, the scene normally marked as secret (Which I assume to be coin related, but I could be wrong) is unlocked/finished, the one in the middle on the far left with the 498 score.
