There are three scene variants you can get:

1st. Play hide and seek with the little girl, then hide on the air conditioner in the top left of the screen, you'll have to scroll up a bit to find it. After, go directly to the woman and have her pee on the left side, you'll play a minigame to fill the meter in the top right up. After failing the mini game a couple times, you'll get a reverse rape shota scene.

2nd. Do everything above but pass the mini game, you'll get another couple of shota scenes.

3rd. Play hide and seek again with the little girl. This time click the trash can to open it, and then click the ladder to have it fall down. After that, go to the woman and have her pee on the right side. You'll get an ugly bastard scene afterwards.

That's all the scenes so far I think.

How do I know if I unlocked all the scenes? I've got 4 with the prostitute + costume; 4 with the office lady; 4 with the police woman; 5 with the pregnant woman excluding urination.

How many scenes are there in total for each lady? Gallery only shows you what you've unlocked so it's hard to keep track when there's no actual full guide

Judging by your file names, you probably need to change locales or use a locale emulator.
