Identify Trying to remember

Hey guys!

I'm trying to remember a game similar in some scenes to "Demon Boy".

It's about a young man living with her "roommate" and "landlady" (I guess?)

I remember there's a scene where the young man and his landlady are drinking wine and then they started dancing until the landlady decided to leave the room, the young man decide to check the pc that was in the room where he finds pictures of his landlady when she was younger as a model.

Another scene i remember is when the roommate and the landlady were deciding a dress for the landlady for a meeting and they ask the young man's opinion about the dress that depending on the decision if he suggests a sexier dress there will be a NTR route. If i remember correctly, it was a long gray dress .



After chosing the dress the version of the game i played ended and i couldn't find the game anymore.

if my information isn't correct, I would still appreciate any similar game.

That's the game of the attached images. Those scenes are similar to the game i'm looking for, but the game is not Demon Boy because it doesn't show pictures of the landlady as a young model and i clearly remember that .

In game The Gift Reloaded there is such scene about choosing a dress for mom which decides whether we want NTR in the game or not, but unfortunately I don't remember there being any scene about MC mom being former model.
