Thank you for the complimentsthe first chapter show good promises and the characters are well developed and interesting too.
I felt really bad for Zelene when mc rejects her without any hesitation, he laughs , then with a big smile he say that he dont have any interest in her and then he look at her completely down
I realize that he can't confess to her that easily, but perhaps placing a choice here hinting that mc could have some interest romanticaly in her and that she notices it in addition of what already happen could be a good idea?
I mean, mc rejecting her like that seem a bit harsh, especialy since a bit later he show some interest in Blanche and even can possibly kissing her
Of course it's just a suggestion otherwise i really liked that first chapter, and wish you good luck with your game
.With regards to Zelene, you are correct - I don't want MC admitting it that easily. And your suggestion is extremely sound - and I should give players a choice to subtly hint there might be something there. I'll have to do some brainstorming to see how it'll impact future content and such, but ultimately, I don't see there being too many issues with adding in that extra choice (especially considering Chapter One is already light on choices).
I'm already re-working the night scenes to make them appear brighter. Obviously, when there are scenes at night you want to make them dark to make it feel as if it happens at night while still providing enough light for the player to be able to observe what is going on. It's a fine line to tread - and it appears as if I've overstepped that line (developing those scenes on a bright monitor didn't help either). I also found in the night scenes that the background is significantly lighter than the characters faces - so what I'm doing is making the background darker while adding more light to the characters faces to hopefully make them pop a bit more. This should mean the reader should be able to observe what's going on, while still getting the impression that the scene occurs during the night.
As for the inside scenes - I'll look more into those and see if I can improve them as well.

Unfortunately not yet. It is something I'm going to look into going forward but I can't make any promises. Hopefully when this game becomes big enough we'll see an unofficial android version.
Another solution is joiplay - I know of at least one other user who's played The Spice Pirate on android using joiplay.

The story is interesting, renders are not bad, but man are these facial expressions disturbing.
Especially the mc with his stupid smiles/grin .... he looks like an imbecile sometimes.
Nothing the dev can´t correct, if he is willing to do so.

You'll be pleased to hear I'm already working on fixing up the facial expressions. A few devs reached out to me and gave me some advice, so I'm hoping when I update Chapter 1 the facial expressions won't be an issue anymore.
I just played your avn and prepared some screenshots with very strange facial expressions for feedback to post it here but it looks like the issue is already solved, im glad youre working on it as the story and renders so far seem really solid and the models mostly look good as long as they keep their mouth shut lmao.
If you want some encouragement look at the summers gone (sorry for naming it here) thread, there are posted some old renders from chapter 1 and 2 back in the days and the facial expressions are looking similar horrific (sorry to be blunt) and yeah we all know how much Ocean progressed since than ..
Im sure you will get better and better too with experience, help and more practice as everything else seems to be like the recipe for a really good avn!

While it is true that a Harem is not possible... TSP does cater somewhat towards the harem fans.
At the start, you can pretty much fuck who you like with little consequences. As the story approaches the end, more and more consequences will apply to those who choose to go after multiple LIs as well as bang all the Side Girls.
Alternatively, you can always just skip the LIs. You'll miss out on quite a few romantic moments. However, due to the fact there will be a tonne of SGs in TSP, unlike other games, not pursuing LIs will mean you will still have a tonne of sexual content (just not with the 3 LIs). And best part about it is Side Girls won't be monogamous... meaning you can pretty much bang who you like on that route.
This is actually a reference to Pirates of the Carribean. In one of the movies, Will Turner plays Liar's Dice against his father and Davy Jones. This scene is a reference to the Liar's Dice scene in Pirates of the Carribean. Don't worry... I didn't really expect many people to get this reference... and I'm toying around with an idea for a future scene that'll explain the rules in an entertaining manner so readers will understand what's actually happening.

I'm glad to see someone enjoyed the old Sabetha
.I reworked her for two reasons... the first being her expressions were a little... creepy to say the least, hence I was going to have to re-do all the renders she appeared in anyway. The second was that it would make more sense if she was older for story reasons.
But, since you love her so much, I could re-use her old model. In the upcoming update, there is a Side Girl who I'm yet to visually design, and she's going to play a massive role in that update.
