Strictly speaking, this is not entirely true. It's mostly true, though, and I don't remember the last time he did one with a human dude.

After a quick check, it looks like it was the "KOKORO AND SAYURI-1" short from over a year ago. Also a "HELENA VS COLE" one not long before that. Until the last year or so, he'd been doing an almost literal handful of videos with humans instead of monsters for a few years, but even then it's not like there was much of a visual distinction honestly. They all sort of fell into the same category of "big rough burly male" imagery that many of the monster vids do too.
